Ideally, you’ll want to hire a planner as soon as you get engaged, or at least 12–18 months before your wedding if you’re aiming for a prime date or popular venue. That gives us plenty of time to secure your dream team of vendors and create a cohesive design. But if you’re further along in the process, don’t worry, we'll make something work.

Your wedding is a significant investment, and a wedding planner to help manage your budget is a VERY worthwhile use of a relavtively small portion of your overall budget.

Usually, our couples invest anywhere from 10% - 15% of their overall wedding budgets in our planning services. This amount varies somewhat based on the complexity and location of your wedding. Our private property weddings require more investment into planning and staffing because of the complex nature of private property weddings. All infrastructure has to be brought in and we are usually onsite for multiple days, sometimes up to a week when it comes time to execute. Our destination weddings vary based on the number of celebrations we are planning, the location and also how many staff members are required. We'd be more than happy to provide you a specific quote for our services, but kindly note that our typical client investment begins at about $9,000 for high season dates.
